This site collects personal data only from the forms you choose to submit, and from the presentation upload area reserved for speakers:
- Registration - name, surname, email address, affiliation and, for on-site attendance, nationality, the days you attend, your choice of social events and any dietary requirements you report.
- Abstract and contact forms - the details and message you enter.
- Presentation upload - the file you submit, its name and the date of submission.
This data is used solely to organise the VOCALIS 2026 workshop. It is accessible to the organisers only and is never published on this site, sold or transferred to third parties for their own purposes. Uploaded presentations are kept for the duration of the VOCALIS workshop.
